Customer Success Managers
Our client has the philosophy of ‘Customer Success' at the heart of everything they do. As part of their commitment to our customer base, they are looking for Customer Success Managers who share the same passion for customer excellence as they do. Our clients Customer Success Managers own the operational level relationships with their customers. This means they are accountable for continually improving the engagement of customers with our clients software and services. The Customer Success Managers plays a pivotal role in building strong operational level relationships, training end-users on the product, as well as working closely with the customers to look at additional products and services.
Our client are looking for experienced Customer Success or Operational Account Managers, with a proven track record in improving ‘Customer Success' ideally within Social Housing or the Tech Sector.
Additional requirements for the role include customer training and experience of moving customers from a development area to trusted advisor status. The Customer Success Manager will possess exceptional communication skills and be comfortable with travel to our amazing client base.
