Our IT Software Solutions client is looking for a 1st/2nd line Application Support Manager based in Worcestershire.
Key to this role is building & developing an exceptional diverse team where staff are motivated, enthusiastic and driven to provide first-class customer service.
Applications should ideally have the following skills and experience:-
- Experience of managing a large team within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
- Prior knowledge of ERP applications.
- Confident individual, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly focused on providing excellent customer care and service.
