We have excellent opportunities on a Fixed Term Contract/Permanent basis until September 2025 for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with core Business Analyst skills and experience with software/systems development projects (i.e. not infrastructure). The roles provide flexible/hybrid working in Birmingham and possibility for the FTC to become extended.
Candidates interested in these job opportunities should have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role and systems development lifecycle including requirements capture, analysis, design, development, testing and user documentation.
- Proven experience of working with a wide range of business users to capture systems requirements and benefits.
- Solid understanding of IT project management and planning including milestones, critical paths and change management.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with IT development staff, users and senior managers to define and deliver IT services, systems and solutions.
