Our clients within the Education Sector are looking for a Service Assurance Analyst to join their team on a 24 month FTC. This role would be on a hybrid basis consisting of 2 days on site in Manchester and a further 3 days WFH.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience of co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed services
- Experience of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and changed solutions delivered into the production environment
- A demonstrable understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and Governance
- Understanding of ITIL
- Experience of project delivery and working within a governance framework
- Experience of security system implementations preferre
