ERP Programme Manager (Retail / Oracle) - Hybrid / Central Europe - £700/£750 p/d (Outside) - 6 months
 
**Role can be Hybrid working – remote but with a need to be on site in Central Europe as and when required during the Programme **
 
We looking for an experienced Retail ERP Programme Manager to join the delivery team of a complex, multi stream Oracle cloud based Retail applications programme.
 
Programme is due to start in April and you ideally see it through E2E driving a plan to go live.
 
To apply you should have:

• Proven experience of driving Business and Technology Change Transformation programmes
• Retail / Supply Chain / FMCG Stock / Finance ERP transformations would be ideal
• ERP Programme Management with weight and gravitas
• Strong people leadership and mentoring skills
• Proven, previous experience of joining a programme at run in
  • Happy to stick to plan but challenge if required
  • Can get up to speed quickly
  • Be the programme glue for all areas to deliver on time
• Stakeholder Management
• Experience of managing internal teams, SI and 3rd parties 
• Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications / EBS programme exposure

 
Must be able to start in mid/end of April for this initial 6 month, Outside IR35 contract. One stage interview process.
